The Client
Datacenter People has been engaged by a global leader in engineering solutions, designing & delivering ultra-clean, sustainable facilities for high-tech industries including mission critical and data centers.

What The Job Involves

• Prepare and support estimates.
• Review project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope. 
• Support estimating organization in database development and benchmarking, work with corporate. stakeholders to gather data relevant to estimating. 
• Participate in the project and in team meetings. 
• Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages. 
• Complete all labor, material, equipment and subcontract pricing. 
• Coordinate proposal and construction schedules with Planning/Scheduling department. 
• Assist in preparation of written execution plans and technical clarifications. 
• Work with proposal sponsor or administrator to compile all required bid submittal information. 
• Assist the project teams in preparation. 

We’re Looking for Someone With

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA etc.). 
• Degree or further education in a relevant field. 
• Prior estimating experience is required, ideally within Data Centers.
