    The Client

    Datacenter People is working with a global leader in designing, building and servicing critical power and cooling infrastructure for the data center industry.
    What the Job Involves

    • Manage sales team to ensure that exercise goals are achieved.
    • Watch distributors performance in terms of taking of orders.
    • Supervise the sales team/distributors in the business proposals preparation.
    • Conduct regular customer visits and participate to sales representatives shows, meetings, and other promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with local services to improve products marketing and associated services.
    • Define management strategy.
    • Define and implement activity tracking KPIs
    • Apply HR policy (annual interviews, salary policy, recruitment, skills management, training...).
    • Manage and pilot teams.
    • Conduct team meetings and individual activity meetings.
    • Sensitise and form teams to different policies, QHSE processes and instruction,
    • Enforce QHSE processes and instructions.
    • Act as first actor in psychosocial risks prevention in your service.
    • Deploy 5S methodology in your services.
    • Manage and communicate your indicators.
    • Be the actor in health and safety in prevention department.

    We’re Looking for Someone Who

    • University degree in engineering or Business school in engineer.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or consulting, solutions and application in a similar environment.
    • Ability to manage team.
    • Excellent internal and external relational.
    • A current English and French are required.
