    Datacenter People is working with a global data center services provider delivering project management, engineering design and critical facility management to hyper-scale, colocation, and edge leaders.
     
    What the Job Involves

    • Team Manager for 2 people:
    • Follow-up on this strategy with our Key Account Manager.
    • Be an inspiring leader in Sales for the team.
    • Transversal approach with the rest of the commercial team members in sales as there is a lot of synergies.
    • Sales for Key accounts:
    • Define collaboratively a sales strategy for the Switzerland.
    • Acquisition of new customers with the entire product portfolio.
    • Winning new projects and sales partners.
    • Identification and evaluation of new business areas.
    • Development of a sales strategy for customer types and needs.
    • Customer support from product launch to project realisation.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

    • Sales Background with effective track record of handling Client Account.
    • Languages: German and English are a must and French is a plus.
    • High customer, service and solution orientation.
    • Result oriented with a mindset to never give up.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Well organise and committed to the success of the customer and the one of the team members.
    • Empathetic and focused on the strategy, with a detailed oriented state of mind.
    • Pack Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
