    The Position

    A real driving force behind your team, you will be responsible for projects in the field of data center electrcial package management. 

    Responsibilities 

    • With the support of the technical leaders, you will analyse tender specifications in order to respond with the most suitable technical solutions & with the most competitive terms.
    • Managing from the core, you will build and cost out projects with a dual objective: to optimise customer satisfaction and guarantee a sufficient margin. You will be responsible for the technical and financial management of projects.
    • You will foster & maintain long-term and fruitful relationships with customers & suppliers.
    • Through your leadership and leading by example behaviour, you motivate and coach colleagues and subcontractors.
    • You participate in strategic monitoring and technological surveillance of the product line with the aim of developing these aspects and promoting know-how as well as creating opportunities internally.
    • You occasionally help the commercial team for the bid negotiations.
    • You will participate in the preparation of the annual budget for the department and contribute actively to successfully realising the targets set.  

    Additional Information

    • Competent in both French and English langauge 
    • Preferred background LV to HV, added in automation, IT, industry 4.0.
    • data centre experience preferred, mission critical experience essential 
    •  experience managing project P&L.

      • Promote and model an attitude of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork in behaviours and communications.

      We’re Looking for Someone Who

      • 10+ years’ experience working construction project management, preferably in data centers.
      • Strong background in Project Management methodologies.
      • Experience in managing a construction project. 
      • Experience with the design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems (electrical or mechanical background. 
      • Experience in Continuous Process Improvement and defining and managing associated metrics and KPIs. 
      • Experience in data centres or a similar mission critical environment is considered a significant advantage though not essential this will be a key consideration should multiple candidates be assessed for suitability. 
      • Experience of working in a European multi-cultural environment.
      • Highly proficient in spoken and written English (C1 or C2 level of CEFR).
      • Good German language skills (B2 level of CEFR).

      What the Job Involves

      • In collaboration with the sales team, help with costing on the entire LDCS portfolio: server rack, containment and security, electrical distribution, cabling, etc.
      • Presentation of products in the LDCS Showroom or on the customer site (France).
      • Supporting clients in the execution phase.
      • Creation of mission orders.
      • Supervision of the intervention of installation service providers.
      • Drafting of the restitution report at the end of the project.
      • Follow-up of any reservations at the signing of the minutes.
      • Configuration of client equipment.
      • Customer training of products sold and installed.

      We’re Looking for Someone Who

      • Has an engineering background.
      • Have the ability to work autonomously, organised and monitored.
      • Ease with computer tools.
      • Very good interpersonal skills
      • Speak English fluently.
      • Hold a B driving license.
