What The Job Involves...

  • Proactively manage the company's investment portfolio to achieve strategic objectives and commercial returns.
  • Originate and plan acquisition of data center assets as well as develop exit strategies.
  • Explore joint venture opportunities and/or strategic alliances. 
  • Evaluate and structure investment proposals, and conduct market reviews and feasibility studies
  • Drive and lead negotiation for best pricing and terms and bring the deal(s) to fruition.
  • Review and recommend investment and divestment strategies and to support the execution of such strategies.
  • Derive on/off market deals and knowledge of cross border structures.
  • Recommend and implement asset plans and strategies to enhance the value and returns of investments, manage risk and to meet returns targets.
  • Study and monitor investment performance and trends that may impact the portfolio.
  • Recommend investment proposals, conduct financial feasibilities, due diligence, structuring of investment deals and managing investment transactions.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders and operations teams to ensure delivery of business plan, and optimisation of asset performance and returns.

We Are Looking For Someone Who...

  • Has a proven track record in real estate investment, with experience in financial analysis, fund management, risk management and business development.
  • Has data center industry experience. 
  • Has a highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial modelling.
  • Has a degree in Property Finance, Business or Real Estate, with sound quantitative skills and a strong foundation in finance and financial analysis.

  • Support and advice of the target groups (architects, specialist planners, engineers, installers, operators, end customers).
  • Acquisition and development of projects and new customers from the target groups
  • Presentation, solution and quotation preparation, follow-up and completion of orders.

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

  • Has experience in a sales/marketing/technical area, which is an advantage.
  • Has a qualification with a technical background in the field of HVAC. 
  • Has strong sales talent and affinity for technical sales in the project business with different stakeholders.
  • Has 3+ years' of proven experience in selling HVAC products.
  • Has previous experience working in a matrix organisation with remote teams.
  • Holds a good understanding of structured products and the product portfolio in the field of cooling and refrigeration.
  • Can speak German at native level and English at an advanced level.

  • Drive the strategy and Identify, develop and sell to customers.
  • Manage prospecting, presentation, bid submission, follow up and closing requirements. Target and develop main contract, design and build contractors engineers and managers working procurement, supply chain, etc.
  • Work with customers, Service Engineers and sales support group to establish, determine and prepare most effective/competitive bids/solutions in response to enquiry.
  • Progress, follow and work to close enquiry/secure order intake. Work with and support others to secure key sector intake.
  • Identify, lead and work with the organisation to develop new sector opportunity.
  • Provide, present and maintain information, reports and CRM data as appropriate.
  • Follow all rules and principles of quality management.
  • Follow all rules and principles of environmental protection based on company internal, local and international instructions and environmental policy.

What the Job Involves…

  • Responsible for the longer-term building and maintenance of relationships with the Accounts and the resulting Customer Satisfaction.
  • Constantly promotes Company’s offering inside the Account.
  • Continuously informs Account of new product developments that might be applicable in their business segment and investigates and identifies short and longer term solutions.
  • Creates and leads business development plans over the short to medium term, involves other parts of Company’s organisation in the contacts with the Account.
  • Manages negotiations with the Account centrally, actively participates, supports and coordinates country Sales Teams in local bids and negotiations until closure of an opportunity.
  • Interprets internal/external business issues; makes changes to own and others’ work to meet these.

  • Is skilled in strategic & tactical sales.
  • Has good technical knowledge on uninterruptable power systems.
  • Holds a Class B driving license.
  • Can speak English at advanced level, German at native level, French would be welcome.
