Jenn began her career journey in IT recruitment, quickly shifting into talent sourcing and specializing in identifying top engineering talent. Recently, she joined Datacenter People as a Senior Executive Researcher, where she focuses on sourcing elite talent for the data center industry. Working across EMEA, the Americas and APAC, she brings a global perspective to her work, leveraging her expertise to attract top candidates worldwide. Outside of her professional life, Jenn indulges in thrift shopping, finding joy in discovering unique and valuable items.
