    Steve joined DCP in 2012 and has now been in the executive search and recruitment world for over 35 years. He founded and was the Managing Director of his own multi-office IT recruitment company. That was preceded by a stint as Sales Director for a mid-sized London based IT recruitment company, having started his recruiting career working for two of the largest European IT recruiters.

    Steve is a self-confessed coffee snob and can't go without his daily longblack. In his spare time, Steve dabbles in the odd workout and bike ride and when he's not watching his beloved Chelsea play, he can be found arguing with Adam over the best team in London.

    What The Job Involves

    • Responsible for ensuring successful development of sales opportunities and its execution for the Hyperscaler customer segement. 
    • This includes further development and execution of the Hyperscaler sales strategy to assure successful marketing of newly available Data Center space at our DC locations in Germany.

    Increase top line sales in the South Korea market

    What The Job Involves

    The General Manager has operational and business development responsibility for growing and managing the Korea DC business. To provide leadership and management of the different functional teams in the data center to achieve the strategic and financial goals of the business. The individual will also develop strong relationships with top-tier global customers and generate meaningful sales opportunities.

    • Provide leadership to the local data center business with an emphasis on growth and successfully executing projects.
    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day business and operational matters which includes customer acquisition and partnership discussions etc.
