    Steve Brown

    CEO

Steve joined DCP in 2012 and has now been in the executive search and recruitment world for over 35 years. He founded and was the Managing Director of his own multi-office IT recruitment company. That was preceded by a stint as Sales Director for a mid-sized London based IT recruitment company, having started his recruiting career working for two of the largest European IT recruiters.

Steve is a self-confessed coffee snob and can't go without his daily longblack. In his spare time, Steve dabbles in the odd workout and bike ride and when he's not watching his beloved Chelsea play, he can be found arguing with Adam over the best team in London.
