    What the Job Involves...

    • Perform permanent control and regular maintenances (preventive maintenance).
    • Perform reactive maintenances.
    • Establish a diagnosis in the event of a failure and detect its origin then intervene accordingly.
    • Provide troubleshooting for the installations as well as all the sub-equipment of the installations you are in charge of (main switchboard, electrical cabinet, HVAC, etc.)
    • Ensure electrical work.
    • Monitor the interventions of technical subcontractors related to the activity.
    • Provide technical support to local teams.
    • Be proactive in order to optimize safety, equipment performance and energy expenditure.
    • Report the monitoring of activities to the technical coordinator.
    • Maintain the technical rooms in line with our service (cleaning, lighting and security, etc.)
    • Work in a team 24/24.

    We're Looking for Someone Who...

    • Bac Pro/BTS industrial maintenance/electrical engineering or adequate experience.
    • Proven technical knowledge in electricity, HV/LV accreditation.
    • Technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration (cooling towers, chillers, Crac units, etc.)
    • 5 years of experience in a similar position.
    • Mastering industrial computing (CMMS).
    • Flexible and able to work in a team and independently.
    • Sense of customer relations and good communication skills.

    What the Job Involves...

    • Working with a team of highly qualified Technicians, the role offers huge development potential for any candidate wanting to work on the leading edge of the growing data centre industry. 
    • Operation and maintenance of all critical facility systems, areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Building and Control.
    • Monitor the EPMS, BMS, Fire Systems Alarms and respond in a timely manner.
    • Operate, monitor, maintain and respond to abnormal conditions in critical facility systems.
    • Perform preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance on state of the art medium & low voltage, high availability power systems.
    • Ensure all subcontractors are inducted & permitted to work.
    • Ensure that documents library and workshop are clean & tidy always.
    • Provide input into and develop site specific procedures including EOPs, SOPs and MOPS.

    We're Looking for Someone Who...

    • A fully verifiable trade qualification in a relevant engineering discipline & verifiable additional training that is relevant to the proposed environment.
    • Understanding of LV power distribution and loading.
    • A strong understanding and experience of the electrical & mechanical systems used in a data centre environment, including: Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, Switchgear, UPS Systems, Battery Banks, ATS / STS Units, Chillers, Air Handling Units, CRAC Units, Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Suppression Systems.
    • Experience of complex automatic control equipment, including relay logic, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), building management systems and their integration with the data center infrastructure.
    • Experience of low & medium voltage distribution systems & associated switch gear and protection equipment is preferred.
    • Availability to work shift and to provide emergency cover as required. 
    • No prior data center experience is required as full training can be provided.

    MEP QA/QC Manager

    What the Job Involves...

    • Actively supports the company’s commitment to safety and its core values.
    • Provides full time onsite 3rd Party Quality Control oversight reporting directly to the client while interacting with the Construction Team on a daily basis. 
    • Performs quality inspections in accordance with program quality control documentation.
    • Participate and guide project quality control from kick-off until hand-off.
    • Provides oversight of the implementation of the QA/QC management system at site.
    • Coordinates the quality inspections with the site sub-contractors and vendors.
    • Coordinates with the customers representative on all quality matters.
    • Provides oversight in the distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors while reviewing that completed documentation is stored appropriately upon completion.
    • Verifies that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the design documents and program standards.
    • Participates in the internal and external site audits.
    • Coordinates all the quality site inspections through the Contractor QC team.
    • Ensures all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the Contractor QC team.
    • Provide review and reporting of all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
    • Monitors the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
    • Completes and coordinates the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.
    • Coordinates with the Client and Contractor QA/QC team on all quality issues.
    •  Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the Contractor QC personnel.
    • Assures all technical documents relative to site quality control are of current status. 


    We're Looking for Someone Who...

    • Has data center or mission-critical experience. 
    • Has a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred (electrical or mechanical).
    • Has certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Auditor, and/or Quality Engineer a plus Experience with ISO 9001 certification process.
    • Has a proven history and experience driving improved Quality at scale.
    • Is able to work seamlessly across functional and department lines.
    • Has experience with standard Datacenter equipment to include: electrical distribution equipment from switchgear to panelboards, VFDs, low voltage power and molded case circuit breakers, overhead IT busway, Diesel Generators, DX units, air handlers, water treatment equipment, BMS modules, and hot aisle containment accessories.
    • Is able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

    What the Job Involves…

    • Perform maintenance/engineering tasks as required.
    • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety procedure and ensure compliance by vendors, customers, and other parties.
    • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and ensure that contractors are suited appropriately for the work being performed.
    • Recommend/implement improvements for the preventive maintenance program on an on-going basis.
    • Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors, vendors, customers, and other parties.
    • Oversee all building systems.

    We’re Looking for Someone Who…

    • Has an associate's degree (AA/AS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience; data center experience is strongly preferred.
    • Has a trade license or certification acquired through technical education/training.
    • Has a facilities maintenance certification.
    • Has experience working with mission-critical data equipment, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
    • Has strong HVAC, mechanical, and electrical skills and experience.
    • Holds an understanding of computer systems, and is skilled with Microsoft Office products.

    • Keep Management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records within CRM system.
