    Sean Oaten

    Principal

After graduating in History, the early part of Sean’s career was in film and television as a Researcher and then Producer. With the path to Hollywood fame and glory proving to be a rocky and uncertain one, Sean moved into Executive Search, initially as a Researcher and then as Consultant specialising in leadership and strategy roles across Europe. This was followed by a period of time spent travelling through South-East Asia before joining Datacenter People.

Having climbed Mount Fuji and cycled up Alpe d’Huez, Sean is now rising to the challenge of finding great datacenter talent around the world. As an Arsenal supporter he is also joining in the sometimes heated office discussion about who follows the best team in London.
