What the Job Involves…
- Maintain high-level expertise of product knowledge and application.
- Complete System Layouts; design layouts of busduct systems based on site surveys, customer drawings, project tenders and field input.
- Working knowledge of Autocad mechanical and electrical preferred.
- Create product technical documentation (catalog sheets, FAQ’s, Tech Briefs, Reports, installation instructions, etc.)
- Provide technical support to sales and to customers onsite or remotely as required on topics including but not limited to product ratings, compliance with local regulations and Standards, safety, functionality, customisation, troubleshooting, installation, and pricing.
- Attend customer facing meetings which may include providing customer facing presentations for product solutions, project management updates.
- Drafting offers related to bus duct products, verifies the technical aspects of the application (based on the technical needs expressed by the customer, drawings of the installation layout.)
- Verifying the technical characteristics (operating temperature, power, installation, material, quantity, etc.)
- Supports the management of the customer’s project through the entire sales cycle
- Onsite troubleshooting and rework.
- Technical liaison to the sales team.
- Training on busduct product to Sales network, Customers and installing contractors.
- Provides Service Group through helping to project manage installations.
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
- Aptitude for electrical product design and application in power distribution and busduct products.
- Familiarity with the IEC standards and various IEC certifications.
- Persuasive and articulate, with an ability to communicate and influence people at all levels, verbally, in writing and by presentation.

What the Job Inolves…
- Install and set up services.
- Assemble, install, repair and set up the infrastructure equipment: container, cooling, optical fibers, electrical equipment etc.
- Install the probes and alerts needed to manage installations.
- Validate that the different deployments function correctly to ensure continuous service.
- Follow the set-up procedures for equipment.

- Has command of the main installation techniques (interior work).
- Is able to work independently.
- Has previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for 3/5 years’.

- To operate the Critical Processes to ensure the mitigation of risk to the operation of critical plant and equipment.

What the Job Involves…
- Participate in RFI and RFP studies for prospective customers.
- Determine and allocate project estimate in relation with Construction and Finance Departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate facility planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure the successful on time delivery of build-out and retrofit of Data Center infrastructure.
- Supervise medium-to-large projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure large amounts of independent work as well as collaboration with external support groups including engineering, automation, processing, & finance in both local & global settings.
- Maintain schedule and budget until project completion.
- Supervise the 3-D coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to installation.
- Handle billings and contract management; control billings to accounting for timely payment in relation with the Finance Department.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
- Monitor, document and report on all phases of planning and construction on structure, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, security and building controls.

- Experience of complex automatic control equipment, including relay logic, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), building management systems and their integration with the data center infrastructure.
- Experience of low & medium voltage distribution systems & associated switch gear and protection equipment is preferred.
- Availability to work shift and to provide emergency cover as required.
